Murphys Hwy Diner

This place is amazing, I’ve never ate better breakfast than this in my life. The owners were very nice and polite and made sure our time at the restaurant was 10/10 service. They were busy at the time my family came in there was barely a place to sit but they made sure to get us in and get our food out to us quick. We will be coming back here for breakfast and lunch everytime we come to town.

Excellent old world ambience, very well maintained. And excellent service - very attentive and making sure the customers enjoy their food.The decor will put a smile on your face, specially the posters

The diner had it all - great food, service, and atmosphere. The bacon was some of the best I've ever had! It is bright and new, but kept a homey feel with its decor (loved the covered wagon tables) and 70's-80's country music. Such friendly staff! Check it out when you are in Murphys.

This place is amazing, great quality food and service. The food comes out quick and delicious. Whenever me and my family come up to visit we always stop here it’s our go to for breakfast and lunch.

We came on a Sunday and it was busy! Our server (a great gal, who we discovered drove all the way up from Lodi to work) seated us, brought coffee quickly and let us know right away that it would be close to 40 minutes to get food. There were 2 very large parties ahead of us, at 8 & 13 guests, respectively. We were not on a hurry(I mean, it WAS a Sunday!) and fine waiting. Her candor in the situation and communication was very much appreciated. Our drinks were attended to continuously and our food arrived in about the time frame she mentioned and it was 100% worth the wait! Both of our meals were served HOT and both were very, very good! I had the California Omelette which was NOT skimpy on the bacon or avocado and my guy had Chicken Fried Steak. We'll definitely be back

Don't pass through Murphys without stopping in to the Murphys Hwy 4 Diner right on Hwy 4. From what I can tell it might be the best breakfast in Murphys. Wonderful, delicious, made to order omelet with fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The coffee was the best I've had in ages!! Their menu includes a variety of other breakfast and lunch staples from pancakes and french toast to burgers and sandwiches. Prices were very reasonable for food this good. And the service was great -- friendly and welcoming. The nostalgic music really added to the classic diner ambience. I'll definitely stop in again and recommend you do too!! Excellent!!

This was our Sunday breakfast almost every week. Tina is amazing. She is cheerful, kind, and on top of her tables. She made us feel like family the first time we went in. The food is good and comes out fast. I highly recommend trying it if you are in the area and ask for Tina! You won't regret it.

This place is the perfect spot for a heavy breakfast. The reasonable prices and the large portions of tasty food leave little do desire in this dog friendly establishment. 10/10 Highly reccomend
